Bedy 59
         This happened in Pałuki on the second / fourteenth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-six at the hour of six in the afternoon. There appeared Ludwik Suwiński, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Bedy, twenty-five years of age, in the presence of Józef Dzierzęcki, owner of a par [of the village] of Bedy, forty-nine years of age, and Michał Flaszyński, Organist from Pałuki, forty-six years of age, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in Bedy today at the hour of five in the morning of his wife Teofila née Niska, twenty-two years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Antonina, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Józef Dzierzęcki and Wiktoria Niska. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and was signed by Us and the second witness. The declarant and the first witness do not know how to write.
