Konstancja Suwińska, daughter of Józef Andrzej Suwiński and Marianna Chodkowska, was born on 25 August 1850 in Pajewo-Rzyski, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was baptized in the parish church in Pałuki, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 02 September 1850.

[Pajewo-]Rzyski 106.
This happened in Pałuki on the twenty-first day of August / the second day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty at the hour of nine in the morning. There appeared Józef Suwiński, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in [Pajewo-]Rzyski, twenty-two years of age, in the presence of Ludwik Cichowski, thirty years of age, and Mikołaj Chodkowski, fifty years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in [Pajewo-]Rzyski, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in this village on the thirteenth / twenty-fifth day of August in the same year of his wife Marianna née Chodkowska, nineteen years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Konstancja and her godparents were Maciej Suwiński and Konstancja Obidzińska. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses because they do not know how to write and was signed only by Us.
