Teofila Chodkowska, daughter of Mikołaj Chodkowski and Antonina Pajewska, was born on 18 April 1835 in Klonowo, Przasnysz Obwód, Płock Voivodeship, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was baptized in the parish church in Pałuki, Przasnysz Obwód, Płock Voivodeship, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 20 April 1835.

No 49 Klonowo
This happened in Pałuki on the eighth / twentieth day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-five at the hour of three in the afternoon . There appeared the well-born Mikołaj Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village] in Klonowo, thirty-six years of age, in the presence of Jan Cichowski, twenty-one years of age, and Ignacy Bartołd, thirty-eight years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Klonowo, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in Klonowo on day before yesterday at the hour of five in the evening of his wife Antonina née Pajewska, forty years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed today was given the name Teofila, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Jan Cichowski and Franciszka his wife. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses; the declarant and witnesses do not know how to write.
