He was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Przasnysz District, Płock Department, New East Prussia, Kingdom of Prussia on 08 December 1797.

    80         Mosaki-Rukle, 08 December 1797.
I, Maciej Milewski, Canon Regular of the Laterans, Pastor of the Blessed Virgin Mary of the Rosary in Krasne, baptized an infant with the name Mikołaj, son of the lawfully married couple, the Noble Wojciech and Konstancja Chodkowski. The Godparents in the Sacred Font were the Noble Jan Milewski and the Noble Salomea née Mossakowska Milewska.
Mikołaj Chodkowski was my 1st cousin 5X removed.
