Rozalia Chodkowska, daughter of Wojciech Chodkowski and Joanna Grabowska, was born on 12 June 1867 in Rączki, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was baptized in the parish church in Zielona, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 16 June 1867.

Nr 53. Rączki.
This happened in Zielona on the twenty-eighth day of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-nine at the hour of six in the afternoon. There appeared Wojciech Chodkowski, a farmer, twenty-nine years of age, residing in Rączki, in the presence of Jan Żbikowski, thirty-six years of age, and Jan Żbikowski, forty years of age, residing in Rączki, and he showed Us a child of the female sex, born on the twenty-seventh day of August of this same year at the hour of nine in the evening of his wife Scholastyka née Żbikowska, twenty-four years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Rozalia, and her Godparents were Adam Zembrowski and Konstancja Żbikowska. This document was read aloud to the declarant father and the witnesses and was signed by Us. The declarant father and witnesses do not know how to write.
