Małgorzata Chodkowska, daughter of Aleksander Chodkowski and Katarzyna Mossakowska, was born on 12 August 1848 in Mosaki-Rukle, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 13 August 1848.

38 . [Mosaki]-Rukle. This happened in the village of Krasne on the first / thirteenth day of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-eight at the hour of four in the afternoon. There appeared Aleksander Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village], and residing in the village of [Mosaki]-Rukle, twenty-seven years of age, in the presence of Leon Chodkowski, thirty years of age, and Wojciech Grzybowski, thirty-five years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in [Mosaki]-Rukle, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born yesterday at the hour of four in the morning of his wife Katarzyna née Mossakowska, thirty-two years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed today was given the name Małgorzata and her Godparents were Wojciech Niedziałkowski and his wife Małgorzata. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses who do not know how to write.
