No 8Â Mosaki Rukle
In the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixteen on the sixteenth day of the month of May at the hour of four in the afternoon, before Us, the Reverend Mikołaj Ruciński, Assistant Registrar of the Civil State of the Krasne Gmina in the Płock Województwo, Przasnysz Obwód and Municipality, there appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, father of the deceased, thirty-eight years of age, and Walenty Niedziałkowski, an unrelated neighbor, thirty-four years of age, both landowners residing in Mosaki Rukle, and they declared to Us that on the fifteenth day of the month of May in this same year at the hour of five in the afternoon, the well-born Klara Chodkowska, four years old and daughter of the well-born Jan and Marianna née Obidzińska Chodkowski residing in Mosaki Rukle, died in the home of her parents under the number eleven. Whereupon, since none of the declarants know how to write, this document was signed by Us, the Assistant Registrar of the Civil State after reading it aloud to them.
