Ezechiel Chodkowski was born on 19 January 1848 in Chodkowo Załogi, Pułtusk Powiat, Augustów Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland and was baptized on 24 January 1848 in Płoniawy, Pułtusk Powiat, Augustów Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was the son of Piotr Marek Chodkowski and Jadwiga Suwińska.

11Â Chodkowo Załogi
This happened in the village of Płoniawy on the twelfth / twenty-fourth day of January in the year one-thousand eight-hundred forty-eight at the hour of one in the afternoon. The noble Piotr Chodkowski appeared, a landowner residing in Chodkowo Załogi, fifty-four years old, accompanied by Maciej Chodkowski, sixty-three years old, together with Jan Budny, fifty-two years old, landowners residing in Chodkowo Załogi, and he showed us a male child Chodkowo Załogi on the seventh / nineteenth day of the present month and year at the hour of eight in the morning of his wife Jadwiga née Suwińska, thirty-five years old. At Holy Baptism performed on this day, this child was given the name Ezechiel, and his Godparents were Józef Zmijiński and Antonina Chmielińska. This document was read aloud to the declarants and witnesses who do not know how to write and was signed by us.
