Błażej Chodkowski, son of Jan Chodkowski and Józefata Grzybowska, husband of Agnieszka Łyszkowska, died on 14 September 1855 in Mosaki Rukle, Ciechanów Okręg, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was buried at the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Okręg, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 16 September 1855.

Nr 147Â Â Â Â Rukle Mosaki
This happened in Krasne on the fourth / sixteenth day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-five at the hour of two in the afternoon. There appeared Marcin Kierzkowski, fifty-five years of age, and Maciej Niedziałkowski, seventy years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in [Mosaki] Rukle. They stated that on the second / fourteenth day of September in the same year at the hour of twelve noon, Błażej Chodkowski died, owner of a part [of the village] a widower residing in [Mosaki] Rukle, forty-five years of age, husband of the deceased Agnieszka née Łyszkowska and son of the married couple Jan Chodkowski and Józefa née Grzybowska, born and residing in [Mosaki] Rukle. After visual confirmation of the death of Błażej Chodkowski, the document was read aloud to the declarants and signed; the declarants do not know how to write.
