â„– 62Â Chodkowo Wielkie
This happened in the village of Płoniawy on the fifth day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred thirty at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared Jan Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo Wielkie, thirty-two years of age, in the presence of the well-born Antoni Kobyliński, owner of a part of Biernaty, thirty-two years of age, as well as Fabian Zabielski, owner of a part [of the village] in Chodkowo Wielkie, twenty-seven years of age, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in Chodkowo Wielkie on the thirtieth day of August in the same year at the hour of five in the morning of his wife Joanna née Kobylińska, thirty-seven years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism perform on this day was given the name Katarzyna, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Antoni Kobyliński and Katarzyna Miłosiewska. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and signed by Us because the declarants and witnesses do not know how to write.
