Jan Chodkowski, son of Mikołaj Chodkowski and Marianna Kazłowska, died on 23 December 1856 in Chodkowo, Maków Okręg, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was buried in the cemetery of the parish church in Płoniawy, Maków Okręg, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 24 December 1856.

170. Chodkowo
This happened in the village of Płoniawy on the twelfth / twenty-fourth of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-six at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared Ignacy Chodkowski, son of the deceased, thirty years of age, and Stanisław roman, thirty-six years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo, and he declared that yesterday at the hour of three in the afternoon, Jan Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village], sixty years of age and a widower, died in Chodkowo. After visual confirmation of the death of Jan Chodkowski, this document was read to the declarants who do not know how to write and was signed by Us.
