Kunegunda née Zbyszyńska Chodkowska, daughter of Dominik Zbyszyński and Marianna Milewska, died on 11 October 1839 in Chodkowo kuchny, Maków Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. Her death was reported to the pastor of the parish church in Płoniawy, Maków Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 11 October 1839.

53. Chodkowo kuchny
This happened in the village of Płoniawy on the twenty- ninth of September / eleventh of October in the year one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-nine at the hour of two in the afternoon. There appeared Melchior Chodkowski, husband of the deceased, seventy-seven years of age, and Leon Chodkowski, sixty-seven years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Chodkowo kuchny, and they declared that on this day at the hour of eight in the morning, Kunegunda née Zbiszińska Chodkowska died in Chodkowo kuchny, residing in Chodkowo kuchny, leaving behind her widowed husband, the aforementioned Melchior Chodkowski. After visual confirmation of the death of Kunegunda Chodkowski, this document was read to the declarants who do not know how to write and was signed by Us. – The Reverend Tyburcy Morawski, Pastor of Płoniawy
Kunegunda née Zbyszyńska Chodkowska was the wife of my 3rd cousin 5X removed, Melchior Chodkowski.
