Wojciech Chodkowski, son of Paweł Chodkowski and Elżbieta Ostrowska, was born on about 17 April 1791 in Mosaki-Rukle, Ciechanów Land, Mazovian Voivodeship, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. He was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Land, Mazovian Voivodeship, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth on 17 April 1791.

I, Roch Moszarski, Canon Regular of the Laterans, baptized an infant with the name Wojciech, son of the legally married couple, the Nobles Paweł and Elżbieta Chotkowski. The Godparents in the Sacred Font were the married couple, the Nobles Franciszek and Małgorzata Milewski.
Wojciech Chodkowski was my first cousin 5X removed.
