Maria Christina Seng, daughter of Philipp Seng and his wife Elisabetha Lather, was born on 01 Jul 1842. She was baptized in the Evangelical Church in Kirtorf, Alsfeld Kreis, Hesse-Darmstadt (now Germany) on 10 Jul 1842.

Maria Christina, Philipp Seng’s Daughter.
Between three and four o’clock in the afternoon of the first of July in the year eighteen-hundred forty-two, after a credible report, the sixth child and first daughter was born to Philipp Seng, citizen and baker here, and his wife Elisabetha née Lather, and on the tenth of the same month the child was baptized where she was given the name “Maria Christina”.
The sponsor was:
Maria Christina Seng, the second daughter of the deceased Georg Seng, former innkeeper in Oberjossa, Ziegenhain Kreis, in whose place the
midwife, Christina Rullmann stood in, and who has signed the present document next to the father of the child and me, the minister who performed the baptism.[signed] Christina Rullmann
