On 08 Oct 1843, Paul Lather, son of Balthasar Lather and Elisabetha Margaretha Lather, died in Kirtorf, Alsfeld Kreis, Hesse-Darmstadt (now Germany). He was buried in the cemetery of the Evangelical Church in Kirtorf, Alsfeld Kreis, Hesse-Darmstadt (now Germany) on 10 Oct 1843.

At about six o’clock in the evening on the eighth of October, in the year of the Lord eighteen-hundred forty-three, Paul Lather died, two years, seven months and twenty-three days old, the legitimately born first son and third child of Balthasar Lather, citizen and tailor here, and his wife Elisabetha Margaretha née Lather, and was buried in the earth in accordance with Christian custom at five o’clock in the afternoon on the tenth of the same month, in the presence of Jacob Reineck son of Ludwig Reineck a cabinetmaker here, and Johannes Schmidt, son of Conrad Schmidt from Liederback, who have signed the present document next to me, the minister.
