1815 Kirtorf
In the morning, between six and seven o’clock on the eighteenth of September in the year of the Lord eighteen-hundred and fifteen, the first child, a son was born of the local citizen and butcher Johann Georg Lather of his wife Elisabetha née Becker. The child was baptized on the twenty-fourth of the same month where he was given the name Johann Balthasar.
 The Sponsors were:
