He was baptized in the parish church in Pałuki, ziemia ciechanowska, województwo mazowieckie, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth on 28 Apr 1720.

Klonowo
In this same year [1720] on the 28th day of April, the same [Grzegorz Konarzewski] baptized an infant by the name of Piotr, son of the noble Krzysztof Niedziałkowski and Konstancja Żaboklicka, a legally married couple. The Godparents were the noble Jan Pajewski and Anna Długołęcka.
As with most other Polish records from this time period, this record does not specifically state all the details of the baptism. The record refers to a previous entry for the year (1720) and the name of the priest (Grzegorz Konarzewski) are stated.
