Baptism of Charles Gagnon

In the year of Our Lord [one-thousand six-hundred] seventy-nine, on the eighteenth of May I, the undersigned missionary baptized in the church of Ste. Anne, Charles Gagnon, born on the previous day; son of Pierre Gagnon and Barbe Fortin his wife. His Godfather was Charles Fortin, uncle of the infant, and the Godmother was Marie Gagnon, wife of Louis Gasnier of the parish of Ste. Anne.
