This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the fifteenth /twenty-seventh day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-seven at the hour of three in the afternoon . There appeared Franciszek Kordas, a peasant farmer residing in Borkowo, thirty-eight years of age, in the presence of Józef Darmetko, forty years of age, and Franciszek Kordal, fifty years of age, both farmers from Borkowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in Borkowo yesterday at the hour of three in the morning of his wife Maryanna née Gołaś, thirty-five years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Stanisław, and his Godparents were Józef Darmetko and Józefata Wyrwas . This document was read aloud to the declarant father and the witnesses and was signed only by Us.
