120 Janowo
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the fourteenth / twenty-sixth day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-nine at the hour of twelve noon . There appeared Jakób Gołaś, a peasant farmer residing in Janowo, fifty years of age, in the presence of Stanisław Bazydło, forty years of age, and Marek Szymańczyk, fifty years of age, both farmers residing in Janowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, stating that he was born in Janowo yesterday at the hour of [ten?] in the morning of himself and his wife Maryanna née Milewska, forty years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Marek, and his Godparents were Jan Gruziewski and Maryanna Sąsiad . This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarant father and witnesses and was signed by Us.
