Mały Płock 168
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the second / fourteenth day of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-three at the hour of five in the afternoon . There appeared Mateusz Gołaś, a peasant farmer residing in Płock, twenty-eight years of age, in the presence of Seweryn Muzyk, twenty-two years of age, together with Sebastyan Sobociński, fifty years of age, both farmers from Płock, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born here in Płock on the twenty-sixth day of July / seventh day of August at the hour of eight in the morning of his wife Agnieszka née Wyrotek, thirty-two years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Seweryn, and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Seweryn Muzyk and Ewa Mazewska . This document was read aloud to the declarant father and the witnesses who do not know how to write.
