Kąty 119
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the sixth / eighteenth day of May in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-four at the hour of three in the afternoon . There appeared Tomasz Gołaś, a peasant farmer residing in Kąty, forty years of age, in the presence of Franciszek Olender, thirty years of age, together with Jakób Siwik, forty-five years of age, both farms from Kąty, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in Kąty yesterday at the hour of seven in the morning of his wife Franciszka née Duda, thirty years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Jan, and his Godparents were Franciszek Olender and Ewa Gutowska . This document was read aloud to the declarant father and the witnesses who do not know how to write.
