136 Janowo
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the tenth day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-one at the hour of two in the afternoon . There appeared Franciszek Gołaś, a peasant farmer, thirty-four years of age, residing in Janowo, in the presence of Stanisław Bazydła, thirty years of age, together with Stanisław Paliwoda, forty years of age, farmers residing in Janowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex, stating that this child was born in Janowo yesterday in this same month and same year at the hour of eight in the morning of him and his wife Franciszka née Piątek, twenty-four years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed by Us on this day was given the name Ignacy and his Godparents were Józef Darmerko and Katarzyna Kopytko . This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and witnesses and was signed by Us.
