179 Niksowizna
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the seventeenth day of September in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-two at the hour of three in the afternoon . There appeared Roch Alicki, fifty years of age, and Łukasz Alicki, sixty years of age, and they stated that today at the hour of five in the morning, Franciszka died in Niksowizna, five years of age, daughter of the married couple Stanisław and Anna née Milewska Dymek . After visual confirmation of the death of Dymek, this document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and was signed by Us.
