Tadeusz Dymek, son of Jakób and Franciszka Dymek, died on 09 November 1858 in Piasutno, Kolno Powiat, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland .  He was buried on 10 November 1858 in Mały Płock, Kolno Powiat, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland.

143 Piasutno

This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the twenty-ninth day of October / tenth day of November in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-eight at the hour of eleven in the morning .  There appeared Jan Jankiewicz, fifty years of age, and Piotr Plona, sixty years of age, both servants of the Church residing in [Mały-] Płock, and they stated that yesterday at the hour of eight in the morning, Tadeusz Dymek, seven weeks old, son of the married couple Jakób and Franciszka Dymek, a peasant farmer in Piasutno .  After visual confirmation of the death of Tadeusz Dymek, this document was read aloud to the declarants and was signed by Us .  The witnesses do not know how to write.
