Katarzyna Dymek, daughter of Szymon Dymek and Rozalia Lemańska, was born on 23 April 1853 in Piasutno, Kolno Powiat, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was baptized on 24 April 1853 in the parish church in Mały Płock, Kolno Powiat, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland.

Piasutno 72
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the twelfth / twenty-fourth day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-three at the hour of twelve noon . There appeared Szymon Dymek, a peasant farmer residing in Piasutno, forty years of age, in the presence of Piotr Piaścik, forty-five years of age, together with Wawrzeniec Trzcinka, thirty-five years of age, both peasant farmers from Piasutno, and he showed Us a child of the female sex, born in Piasutno yesterday at the hour of eight in the evening of him and his wife Rozalia née Lemańska, forty years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Katarzyna, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Piotr Piaścik and Katarzyna Żelazna . This document was read aloud to the declarant father and witnesses who do not know how to write.
