191 Mały Płock
This happened in the village of Mały Płock on the first day of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty at the hour of twelve noon . There appeared Maryanna Bociowa, a midwife in Mały Płock, fifty years of age, in the presence of Franciszek Sliwka, forty-five years of age, together with Kacper Zabłocki, forty-eight years of age, peasant farmers in Mały Płock, and she showed Us a child of the male sex, stating that this child was born in Mały Płock on the thirtieth day of July in this same year at the hour of five in the morning of Maryanna Dymek, an unmarried woman, a day laborer residing in Mały Płock, twenty-two years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed by the Reverend Lutoskański on this day was given the name Piotr and his Godparents were the afore-mentioned Franciszek Sliwka and Maryanna Bociowa . This document was read aloud to the illiterate declarants and witnesses and was signed by Us.
