She was baptized in the parish church in Pałuki, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 20 May 1850.

Klonowo 57.
    This happened in Pałuki on the eighth / twentieth day of May in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty at the hour of twelve noon . There appeared Józef Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village], thirty-five years of age, residing in Klonowo, in the presence of Józef Kierzkowski, forty-eight years of age, and Ferdynand Długołęcki, thirty-five years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Klonowo, and he showed Us a child of the female sex, born in this village on the thirtieth day of April / twelfth day of May of this same year at the hour of six in the afternoon of his wife Marianna née Trętowska, twenty-five years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism were given the names Wanda Julianna, and her Godparents were Ignacy Chodkowski and Franciszka Milewska . This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses who do not know how to write and was signed only by Us.
