Klonowo 123
This happened in Pałuki on the thirteenth day of August in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-five at the hour of twelve noon . There appeared Jakub Milewski, a lien-holder residing in Klonowo, forty-two years of age, in the presence of Felix Bartołd from Klonowo, thirty-six years of age, and Józef Klonowski from Długołęka, forty-nine years of age, owners of parts [of the village], and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in Klonowo on the tenth of this same month at the hour of two in the morning of his wife Franciszka née Suwińska, forty-one years of age . To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Waleria, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Felix Bartołd and his wife Ludwika . This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and, because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.
