Długołęcka 36.
This happened in Pałuki on the twenty-seventh day of February / tenth day of March in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-two at the hour of three in the afternoon. There appeared Ferdynand Suwiński, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Długołęcka, thirty-two years of age, in the presence of Józef Klonowski, thirty-six years of age, and Adam Smoleński, twenty-four years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Długołęcka, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in this village on the day before yesterday at the hour of one after midnight of his wife Aniela née Sosnowska, twenty-two years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Franciszka and her Godparents were the Ludwik Długołęcki and his wife Paulina. This document was read aloud to the declarant and the witnesses, and because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.

Franciszka Suwińska was the niece of Józef Andrzej Suwiński, the husband of Marianna Chodkowska, my 2nd cousin 4X removed.
