In the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-five on the sixth day of the month of March at the hour of eleven in the morning, before Us, the Pastor of Pałuki, Registrar of the Civil State in the Pałuki Gmina, Przasnysz Obwód, in the Płock Voivodeship,
No 22 . Klonowo
Under the same record, there appeared the well-born Mikołaj Chodkowski, twenty-four years of age, residing with his mother in Klonowo, and he showed Us a child of the male sex which was born in his mother’s home on the first day of March in this same year at the hour of six in the evening, declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife Antonina née Pajewska, thirty years of age, and that it is his wish to give him the name Wojciech. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of Wincenty Bartołd, twenty-three years of age, and Ignacy Bartołd, thirty years of age, residing in Klonowo. This birth record, having been read aloud to the declarant, was signed by Us. The declarant does not know how to write.

This record (No 22) begins with the words “Under the same record”, meaning that this baptism occurred on the same day as the baptism recorded directly above . For that reason, I have included the first two lines of the previous record to provide the information that is the same for both baptisms.
