Julian Stanisław Chodkowski, son of Jakub Chodkowski and Franciszka Bobińska, was born on 17 February 1827 in Chodkowo Wielkie, Przasnysz Obwód, Płock Voivodeship, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was baptized in the parish church in Podoś, Przasnysz Obwód, Płock Voivodeship, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 19 February 1826.

â„– 22 Chodkowo Wielkie

This happened in the village of Podoś on the nineteenth day of February in the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-seven at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared the well-born Jakub Chodkowski, lease holder residing in Chodkowo Wielkie, thirty-two years of age, in the presence of the well-born Tomasz Niesłożemski, owner of his parts in Bobino Wielkie, twenty-one years of age, and Józef Budny, also the owner of his parts in Chodkowo Wielkie, fifty years of age, and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in Chodkowo Wielkie on the seventeenth day of the same month and year at the hour of four in the afternoon of his wife Franciszka née Bobińska, twenty-four years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed today was given the name Julian Stanisław and his godparents were the afore-mentioned Tomasz Niesłożemski and Anna Chodkowska. This document was read aloud to the declarant father and witnesses and was signed by Us and Tomasz Niesłożemski, but the father and the second witness do not know how to write.

Although this record was recorded in the parish in Podoś, it was filed in the parish of Płoniawy because Płoniawy succeeded Podoś as the parish church in the area.
