Wanda Julianna Chodkowska, daughter of Józef Chodkowski and Maryanna Trętowska, was born on 12 May 1850 in Klonowo, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. She was baptized in the parish church in Pałuki, Ciechanów Powiat, Płock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 20 May 1850.

This happened in Pałuki on the eighth / twentieth day of May in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty at the hour of twelve noon. There appeared Józef Chodkowski, owner of a part [of the village], thirty-five years of age, residing in Klonowo, in the presence of Józef Kierzkowski, forty-eight years of age, and Ferdynand Długołęcki, thirty-five years of age, both owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Klonowo, and he showed Us a child of the female sex, born in this village on the thirtieth day of April / twelfth day of May of this same year at the hour of six in the afternoon of his wife Marianna née Trętowska, twenty-five years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism were given the names Wanda Julianna, and her Godparents were Ignacy Chodkowski and Franciszka Milewska. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses who do not know how to write and was signed only by Us.
