B[aptism] of Marie
Thérí¨se Gamache.In the year one thousand seven hundred eighty five, on the twenty sixth of March, by us, the undersigned priest pastor of Cap St. Ignace and the neighboring isles, was baptized Marie Thérí¨se, born yesterday of the legitimate marriage of Aubin Gamache and Thérí¨se Sylvestre. The Godfather was Joseph Guigon and the Godmother was Marie Claire Caron, who have declared that they do not know how to sign, except for the Godfather who has signed with me, the father was absent.
