Bedy 48.

This happened in Pałuki on the eighteenth / thirtieth day of March in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-three at the hour of two in the afternoon .  There appeared Ludwik Suwiński, twenty-two years of age, and Jan Suwiński twenty-three years of age, owners of parts [of the village], and they stated that in this village, on the day before yesterday at the hour of one after midnight, Ignacy Suwiński died, one year old, born in Bedy, son of the declarant Ludwik and the deceased Karolina née Brzozowska. After visual confirmation of the death of Ignacy, this document was read aloud to the declarants and because they do not know how to write, was signed by Us alone.
[signed] The Reverend Ksawery Nałecz, Pastor of Pałuki

Ignacy Suwiński was the nephew of the husband of my 2nd cousin 4X removed, Marianna Chodkowska. He died one year after his birth, and one year after the death of his mother who presumably died due to complications of his birth.
