Michał Chodkowski, son of Jan Chodkowski and Marianna Obidzińska, was born on 25 September 1824 in Mosaki Rukle, Prasnysz Obwód, Płock Voivodeship, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was baptized in the parish church in Krasne, Prasnysz Obwód, Płock Voivodeship, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 26 September 1824.

No 47  Mosaki Rukle
     In the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-four on the twenty-fourth day of the month of September at the hour of one in the afternoon, before Us, the Preacher and Vicar of the Krasne Parish, Registrar of the Civil State in the Krasne Gmina, Przasnysz Obwód, in the Płock Voivodeship, there appeared the well-born Jan Chodkowski, forty-eight years of age and residing in Mosaki Rukle on the inherited parts [of the village], and he showed Us a child of the male sex which was born in his home under the number three yesterday at the hour of twelve noon; declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife Marianna née Obidzińska, thirty-two years of age, and that it is his wish to give him the name Michał. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of the well-born Aleksander Milewski, a lease-holder settled in Milewo Gawronki thirty-one years of age, and Antoni Milewski, an innkeeper twenty-six years of age, residing in Mosaki Rukle. This birth record was read aloud to the declarants and signed by Us. The father and the witnesses do not know how to write.
