Mikołaj Andrzej Chodkowski, the husband of Zuzanna Zofia Chodkowska, and the son of Jan Chodkowski and Joanna Kobylińska, died on 28 March 1867 in Chelchy Dzierski, Maków Okręg, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland. He was buried in the parish church in Karniewo, Maków Okręg, Łomża Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 31 March 1867.

Chelchy Dzierski     14.

This happened in the village of Karniewo on the thirtieth day of March in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-seven at the hour of four in the afternoon. There appeared Jan Chodkowski, thirty-six years of age and Józef Łyszkowski, forty-five years of age, both owners of a part [of the village] and residing in [one word?], and they declared that on the twenty-eighth day of the same month and year at the hour of three in the afternoon, Mikołaj Chodkowski died, thirty-two years of age, owner of the noble parts [of the village], son of the deceased married couple Jan [Chodkowski] and Joanna née Kobylińska. He left behind his widowed wife Zuzanna née Chodkowska. After visual confirmation of the death of Mikołaj Chodkowski, this document was read aloud to the declarants who do not know how to write and was signed only by Us, the pastor of the parish of Karniewo, maintaining the registers of the civil state.
