Anna Chodkowska, daughter of Wojciech Chodkowski and Konstancja Mossakowska, died on about 15 June 1791 in Mosaki-Rukle, Ciechanów Land, Mazovian Voivodeship, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. She was buried in the parish cemetery in Krasne, Ciechanów Land, Mazovian Voivodeship, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth on 15 June 1791.

[Mosaki]-Rukle – 15 June [1791]
A female child by the name of Anna, 3 weeks old, died, daughter of the Noble Wojciech and Konstancja Chotkowski, and was buried. 1
Anna Chodkowska was my first cousin 5X removed. The notation “1” at the end of the record indicates that the family paid 1 złoty for the burial.
