On 11 May 1762, Brygida née Milewska, wife of Kazimierz Niedziałkowski, died in Mosaki Rukle, Ciechanów Land, Mazovian Voivodeship, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. She was buried in the cemetery of the parish church in Krasne, Ciechanów Land, Mazovian Voivodeship, Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth.

          Mosaki Rukle, on 11 May [1762]
the Noble Brygida Niedziakowska died,
34 years of age, armed with the Sacraments
and buried in the cemetery.

Brygida Milewska was the wife of my fifth great grand uncle, Kazimierz Niedziałkowski. The notation “t4 Camp Light 2″ may be a reference to the burial location in the cemetery.
