This PDF document includes an image of the original document, a transcription in German Gothic/Latin, a transcription in modern German/Latin, and a translation in English. Translated from the German and Latin, the record reads:

14.,

P.
Johannes, the little son of Andreas Lather, died at about 8 o’clock in the morning on Sunday, the 27th of June [1745], age ¼ year, and was buried on the 28th of the same month.

The unusual symbol that appears in the original record, a circle with a dot in the middle, is the symbol for Sunday.
