Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n Bedy 165.<\/p>\n This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the eighteenth day of November in the year one-thousand eight-hundred sixty-two at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared Ludwik Suwi\u0144ski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Bedy, thirty-two years of age, in the presence of Walenty Ko\u0142akowski, thirty-four years of age, and Jan Suwi\u0144ski, thirty-three years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Bedy, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in this village yesterday at the hour of twelve noon of his wife Teofila n\u00e9e Niska, thirty years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Teofila, and her Godparents were Micha\u0142 Flaszy\u0144ski and Aniela Suwi\u0144ska. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and they do not know how to write, it was signed by Us alone.
