Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n No 80\u00c2\u00a0 Osyski<\/span><\/p>\n After the same document [in the year one-thousand eight-hundred eighteen, on the eighteenth day of the month of January at the hour of eleven before noon, before Us, the Pastor of Pa\u0142uki, Registrar of the Civil State in the Pa\u0142uki Gmina, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d, in the P\u0142ock Voivodeship], there appeared the well-born Maciej Suwi\u0144ski, thirty years of age, owner of a part [of the village] in Osyski, and he showed Us a child of the male sex which was born in his home on the sixteenth day of January in this same year, declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife Anna n\u00e9e D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka, twenty-one years of age, and that it is his wish to give him the names Franciszek Antoni. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of J\u00f3zef D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki, sixty years of age, together with Jan Dzierz\u0119cki, forty years of age, residing in Osyski. We signed this birth record after it had been read aloud to the declarant, the people named in the document do not know how to write.
