Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n No 69\u00c2\u00a0 Osyski<\/span><\/p>\n Under the same record [In the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-four on the thirteenth day of the month of June at the hour of noon, before Us, the Pastor of Pa\u0142uki, Registrar of the Civil State in the Pa\u0142uki Gmina, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d, in the P\u0142ock Voivodeship], there appeared the well-born Maciej Suwi\u0144ski, thirty-eight years of age, residing in Osyski, owner of a part [of the village], and he showed Us a child of the female sex which was born in his home on the eleventh day of June at the hour of three in the afternoon in this same year, declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife Anna n\u00e9e D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka, twenty-six years of age, and that it is his wish to give her the names Franciszka Marianna. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of his brother Franciszek Suwi\u0144ski, residing in Radzieje[-Bedy], and the paternal uncle J\u00f3zef D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki, seventy years of age, residing in Osyski. After reading this birth record aloud to the declarant, it was signed by Us, the declarant does not know how to write.
