Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n No<\/span> 170 .\u00a0 Osyski<\/p>\n In the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-two on the fourteenth day of the month of April at the hour of noon, before Us, the Pastor of Pa\u0142uki, Registrar of the Civil State in the Pa\u0142uki Gmina, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d, in the P\u0142ock Voivodeship, there appeared the well-born Maciej Suwi\u0144ski, thirty-four years of age, residing in Osyski, owner of a part [of the village], and he showed Us a child of the female sex which was born in his home on the tenth day of this same month and year, declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife Anna n\u00e9e D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka, twenty-eight years of age, and that it is his wish to give her the names Aleksandra Franciszka. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of Franciszek Suwi\u0144ski, thirty-two years of age, [residing] in Radzieje[-Bedy], together with Dominik Ko\u0142akowski, fifty-six years of age, residing in Osyski, owners of a part [of the village]. After reading this birth record aloud to the declarant, it was signed by Us, the declarant does not know how to write.
