Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n No 150\u00c2\u00a0 Osyski<\/span><\/p>\n In the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty on the fifth day of the month of April at the hour of ten before noon, before Us, the Pastor of Pa\u0142uki, Registrar of the Civil State in the Pa\u0142uki Gmina, Przasnysz Obw\u00f3d, in the P\u0142ock Voivodeship, there appeared the well-born Maciej Suwi\u0144ski, thirty-two years of age, owner of a part [of the village] in Osyski, and he showed Us a child of the male sex which was born in his home on the second day of April in this same year, declaring that the child was begotten of him and his wife Anna n\u00e9e D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka, twenty-four years of age, and that it is his wish to give him the names Ferdynand Stanis\u0142aw. After making the above statement and showing Us the child, in the presence of Franciszek Suwi\u0144ski, thirty years of age, together with J\u00f3zef D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki, seventy years of age, residing in Osyski. We signed this birth record after it had been read aloud to the declarant, the people name in the document do not know how to write.
