Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n No<\/span> 112 .\u00a0 [Radzieje-]Bedy<\/p>\n This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the eighth \/ twentieth day of December in the year one-thousand eight-hundred thirty-five at the hour of one in the afternoon. There appeared the well-born Maciej Suwi\u0144ski, forty years of age, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in [Radzieje-]Bedy, in the presence of J\u00f3zef Dzierz\u0119cki, thirty years of age, and Roch D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki, forty years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in [Radzieje-]Bedy, a he showed Us a child of the female sex born in [Radzieje-]Bedy yesterday at the hour of six in the morning of his wife Maryanna n\u00e9e D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka, thirty years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Aniela<\/span>, and her Godparents were Antoni Ko\u0142akowski and Joanna Suwi\u0144ska. We having signed this document, it was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses; the declarant and witnesses do not know how to write.
