Osyski<\/p>\n This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the first day of November in the year one-thousand eight-hundred twenty-six at the hour of eleven before noon .\u00a0 There appeared the well-born Maciej Suwi\u0144ski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in Osyski, thirty-eight years of age, in the presence of Wojciech D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki, forty-five years of age, together with Franciszek Ko\u0142akowski, forty years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in Osyski, and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in Osyski on the twenty-eighth day of October at the hour of three in the morning of his wife Anna n\u00e9e D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cka, thirty years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed today were given the names Wiktoria Rozalia, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Wojciech D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki and Anna Ko\u0142akowska. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and was signed by Us; the declarant and witnesses do not know how to write.
