[Pajewo-]R\u017ayski 37.<\/p>\n

This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the twenty-sixth day of March \/ seventh day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-two at the hour of six in the afternoon .\u00a0 There appeared Miko\u0142aj Chodkowski, fifty-nine years of age, and Ludwik Cichowski, thirty-seven years of age, owners of parts [of the village] and residing in [Pajewo-]R\u017ayski, and they stated that in this village, yesterday at the hour of five in the morning, Konstancja Suwi\u0144ska died, two years of age, born in [Pajewo-]R\u017ayski, daughter of the married couple J\u00f3zef and Marianna n\u00e9e Chodkowska Suwi\u0144ski .\u00a0 After visual confirmation of the death of Konstancja, this document was read aloud to the declarants and because they do not know how to write, was signed by Us alone.
