Translated from the Polish, the record reads:<\/p>\n [Pajewo-]Rzyski 67.<\/p>\n This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the first day of June in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-nine at the hour of ten in the morning. There appeared J\u00f3zef Suwi\u0144ski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in [Pajewo-]Rzyski, thirty-one years of age, in the presence of Stanis\u0142aw Gogolewski of Cyty, forty-three years of age, and Mateusz Burkacki of Przytoka, fifty-six years of age, owners of parts [of the village], and he showed Us a child of the male sex born in [Pajewo-]Rzyski yesterday at the hour of eight in the afternoon of his wife Marianna n\u00e9e Chodkowska, twenty-seven years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Adam, and his Godparents were J\u00f3zef Chrostowski and Franciszka Bile\u0144ska. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and, because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.
