He was baptized in the parish church in Pa\u0142uki, Ciechan\u00f3w Powiat, P\u0142ock Gubernia, Congress Kingdom of Poland on 09 April 1854.<\/p>\n

[Pajewo-]Rzyski 48.<\/p>\n

This happened in Pa\u0142uki on the twenty-eighth day of March \/ the ninth day of April in the year one-thousand eight-hundred fifty-four at the hour of twelve noon. There appeared J\u00f3zef Suwi\u0144ski, owner of a part [of the village] and residing in [Pajewo-]Rzyski, twenty-six years of age, in the presence of Miko\u0142aj Chodkowski of Klonowo, sixty-two years of age, and Ludwik Brzozowski of D\u0142ugo\u0142\u0119cki, forty-four years of age, owners of parts [of the village], and he showed Us a child of the female sex born in [Pajewo-]Rzyski yesterday of his wife Marianna n\u00e9e Chodkowska, twenty-one years of age. To this child at Holy Baptism performed on this day was given the name Ewa, and her Godparents were the afore-mentioned Miko\u0142aj Chodkowski and Julianna Lipowska. This document was read aloud to the declarant and witnesses and, because they do not know how to write, it was signed only by Us.
